The Turning Point at 24
At 24 years old, I was 40 pounds overweight, overwhelmed by stress, and not prioritizing my health and wellness. I knew something had to change. I made a huge shift in my lifestyle, and that one decision completely changed the trajectory of my life. The choice that 24-year-old girl made set me on the path to becoming the woman, mother, and coach I am today.
Life After Motherhood
Years later, after having my third baby, I found myself once again ready for change. I was tired of putting chemicals into my body and my family’s bodies, and I wanted to focus on real, nourishing food. I joined a 21-day clean eating challenge with accountability, and that was the spark that reignited my health journey.
A New Lifestyle
That challenge became the foundation for my meal-planning journey. I lost my last 10 pounds, returned to my pre-baby weight, and felt stronger than ever. But it didn’t stop there—what began as a short challenge turned into a complete lifestyle transformation. I became a coach and committed to helping others find the same freedom and confidence.
Growing Through Fitness
Over the past 5 years, I’ve grown tremendously—not just as a coach, but as a woman dedicated to my own strength. I discovered the power of lifting heavy and how vital muscle mass is for women at every stage of life. Strength training has completely reshaped not only my body but also my confidence, energy, and outlook.
Fueling for Strength
Nutrition became the other key piece of my evolution. I learned that it’s not just about eating “clean,” but about fueling my body with the right balance of macros. Understanding how protein supports muscle growth and recovery has been a game-changer for my results and my long-term health.
Today & Beyond
Today, I am in a completely different place—mentally, physically, and spiritually. Strength training and proper nutrition have transformed me inside and out, and I continue learning and growing every day. My mission now is to help others feel that same empowerment: to live strong, healthy, and confident in their bodies, no matter their age or season of life.
